Signature Place offers a beautiful 2,100 square foot clubhouse available all year long.
Clubhouse Hours: 5 A.M. - 11 P.M. 7 days a week
Rental Event Hours: 10 A.M. - 11 P.M.

Residents must reserve the Clubhouse for groups of 8 or more and can do so by clicking the link under the amenities tab above or by contacting Cedarcrest Property Management. Please note that reservations may not be booked more than 6 months in advance or on holiday/holiday weekends.
Please be advised that the pool and clubhouse area is monitored by 24 hour video surveillance. |
